mold on the inside wall?

Hello I have a problem in my house with black mold patches appearing on the walls (inner wall, usually by the window o NXT to the external side). Anyway have tried to ensure there is sufficient ventilation in the rooms, etc., but its still recurring each winter. One of the walls of the room is particularly affected because it feels "wet" when you touch it (it has wallpaper in it, we'll have to eliminate – the thought to paint in place but you can tell by looking at her wet, you also have black mold and mildew in it). What can we do to prevent or resolve this? I'm thinking maybe the gutters of the needs of information exchange as its that side of the room where the walls are damp? Our the house is traditional brick Victorian terrace on the road. Oh yes, we do not have a basement. The rooms are all on the 1st floor above.

Sounds like condensation is forming in your walls and providing sufficient moisture for mold to grow. The screen, its tail and maybe even painting is a food source for mold. Molds usually need 3 things to grow, mold spores (which are always around) and the power supply and high humidity. Avoid mold denying one of these …..
