Ceilings: Is it difficult to install a drip edge of existing cement roof tile?

I currently have gutters installed in an area on a small bay window. Since the area is so small channels do not really do much and the sound of dripping water in the stream can stay at night. I remove the gutters, but I realized that the person who installed vertically into the drip edge along the length of the edge of the roof and gutters intermittently embedded in the drip edge. So if I take the gutters down to replace the drip edge. I wonder if this is difficult to do in an existing ceiling. My roof is a concrete tile roof. I'm thinking of doing the same thing, but I wonder if they would be receiving a great project for doing this.

Drip edge must go below the edge of the tile, so I think it would be difficult to install without removing the tile. In any case, IMO, is better with the sewers. I just installed gutters, because the water flowed through the drip edge, and distorted my fascia boards. They sell covers channel, which is intended to prevent the leaves from gutters. Such installations can muffle the sound of dripping water.
