Storm Gutter Cleaning

When it rains hard, the rain comes streaming into our bedroom on the second floor through the wooden structure.

I'm not sure what else call it, but the top inside of wooden window VERY starting to drop water in the house when a bad rain storm. We can see that the water is running down the side of the house (along the windows.) bought the house a year ago and the previous owner installed mesh padded channel, but we can see that the upper coating near the window is tilted slightly. Should I call a roofer, sewer cleaning, or the lining of experts? HELP! We know that water is damaging the wood and probably inside the walls.

Find a handyman .. looks like rain is nothing more than to go under the siding where it bent .. channels are projected onto them to avoid plugging .. check the coating is bent .. This is more than likely the culprit .. A small handling common handyman problems like this ..
