My gravel road is higher than my driveway. Which is posing major drainage problems. What do you recommend?

My way gravel is higher than my parking area is used to pull me under house style garage. My house has a poured concrete basement Complete .. 1 / 2 garage 1 / 2 of storage, so I just had my basement walls anchored with steel spring anchors tile drain again reinstalled. That open in my area that is gravel entrance. I had to anchor the walls as one of the walls had moved approx. 8 inches due to the solution of problems drainage and water (not gutters gutter now) My problem is I have water coming back into the entrance area and sits off the road and some steep inclines from the courtyard to both sides of the road. This has been a problem for many years. I'm at a loss about what to do. I am a young woman with no clue who to call or where begin. I spent a lot of money in the foundation and the need to address this problem now so it's not the two retaining walls again in a few years. The water is enough to live frogs every summer. Help!
