How do I get rid of these birds matter?
Every morning I woke up scratching and pecking birds and everything they do in the gutter outside my bedroom window .. I rang the Council, but was informed that you can not remove the black bird nest / starlings are protected and can be fined as 5000. (these black birds) How do I get rid of them without killing anything?
I know this sounds stupid, but it worked for my grandparents, Lay these snakes Rubber play on the roof, and the windowsill. if you can get without falling hte OT channels would be good to put one in that, like its comingout of the ditch. Also, hang a circular aluminum plate outside your window on a string. I do not know why these things work, but both are tested.
