Beware of falling branches avocado tree?

Recently, our three-stories tall avocado tree with tons of heavy fruit immature (green, shiny smooth skin) has been falling ripe avocados. And in the last week, two arm size branches has been dropped, hit the root and gutter bent a little. As I was cleaning up the mess, I noticed the wood are very easily broken down without tools. So my concern is … 1) Will I need professional pruning as soon as possible because I have fear that someone might get hurt from it? 2) I have at least 10 pounds of avocado green "harvest" the recent drop in … What else I can do with them besides throwing them away yard waste? Are you sure that will not ripen? It may take several days or even a couple of weeks. Mine does not fall ripe. I would consult a specialist trees tree. You can find tree trimmers anywhere, but not sure if you know what is best for the tree. You do not want to prune more 1/3rd of growth at a time. And try to donate at least avocados. local food bank. It's not like there is a shortage of homeless people in Los Angeles or sold to Mexican restaurants – credit or exchange if you like the food. Call a tree specialist.
