Moldy Crawlspace?

Hello. I have white mold in a good portion of my floor joists in my crawlspace. I'm pretty sure I've found the root the problem, have never been in the house gutters, and I can see that the water seeps through the foundation when it rains. I'm working on the installation of gutters. My question is: I've heard from several people an easy way to kill the mold that currently there is to spray a bleach solution and water throughout visible mold with a garden sprayer. Do any of you have experience in this area? Would this work ok? I appreciate any and all well-informed responses.
