Overview

This document has been written to give customers the Protect property understand the most common types of defects in the construction of the flange that can be found in buildings while performing AS 4349.1 an inspection. Abstract

The report lists some of the most common construction flaws residential, including cases on the basis of case studies conducted by the writer as a licensed builder. The author has also included some of the causes of failures.

Purpose
The purpose of this report is to give the reader an overview of the types of residential construction failures and suggested remedies for these defects.

Method
This report is presented as a case study based on the experience and the author's personal history for the past 15 years as a licensed builder.

Results
A large proportion of structural failures of building contained in this report are in my opinion, caused the mismanagement of rainwater around the main houses of movement in the houses. The rest of the failures are caused by construction practices by the writer in Adelaide are as follows.
