Cracking good quality for children in a book?
This may seem an obvious answer but I'm seriously in a quandary about reducing our books of children. We have limited storage space and it is difficult to classify batteries. We tried several shelves, etc, with our preferred method using white plastic channels to show the books facing outward to the children. Much of the time, seem to enjoy their favorite choice, but LOVE when a book I have not been shown. I'm also finding much more difficult to weed through the toys and books their reading is so beneficial. For So maybe someone can help me figure out what makes a children's book of good, so we can lighten our burden. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
A quality children's book is one that an adult can enjoy as well. If no content of any kind as an adult, probably not really much in it for a any child. It is a book that you remember and re-read as an adult with fond memories. It is a book you can read over and over again and still get something from it. I'm almost 50 and children still enjoy some classics.
