I want to know if the owners of this idea?

I have a patent for a device called "GutterAlarm." Details on the following link. Basically, is a device installed in each section of the channels of your property to control the flow of water. If for any reason, the water flow is reduced due to dirt, leaves, pine needles, etc., the device raises a red flag to warn the property, that your gutters need attention and cleaning. In this way, the property-owner save thousands of dollars by reducing the potential for water damage under the roof, mold, foundation damage and fire from fireplace embers and leaves dry in the canal system. I want to make an unofficial survey of my fellow owners to give me some information on if they like the idea or not. Tell me the pros and cons. Also I am looking for a partner. Yes, I would not buy a good. It's an interesting idea, but most people know when their channels are not working properly and that the possibility to obtain property damage or flooding from clogged channels very closely monitor them. Till I Come with the self cleaning gutters and maybe for them.
