How I can clean the gutters of colors that has what appears to be baked on stains?

I do not think need to be painted, just cleaned. A pressure washer not clean. Any advice would be appreciated.

Mine had the same thing, it was mold. I have mixed one part bleach to 4 parts water in a spray bottle. Protect your eyes and skin when spraying. An application may not be enough. Wait 5 minutes after and then use the soap solution and brush. Reapply if necessary ………….. JJJ
