I have a neighbor who complains about anything?

One was the tree branches 2 and then the backyard downspout all the water was in his yard grass area of the back, because my uncle forgot to mow the lawn a couple of times, said they came here 3.Now Patio error that is causing the grass award waste to go in his chair 4. so I had all the grass and rocks thrown at 5. then the rocks were in the garden (all the big 10) 6. now the area small front side was not cut (why the boat was parked illegally could do to get there by boat …) 7. my front channels is causing said no walk in Cuba (which leads to the parks on it every day.,,, its half-ton pickup will) 8.now the plastic under the rocks causes water in the yard of you .. sorry, not plastic .. was the weed barrier fabric … GET MORE BUT IT ALL PAIN PITA A. …..(.) So the question is WHAT LAW AND LAW MAKING ONLY GET TO THEM .. ? PATIO AS FUNKY … OOO DECORATED WITH WHAT?

Some neighbors are like that, and you have to ignorance. However, it should be the maintenance of records – who complained about what and when – if they try to get nasty with the local authorities or seeking to redeem damages.
