I have a brick house that is built on a slab, bad, bad, bad foundation …. i need help! or a lawyer?

I have a brick house that is built on a surface that every time it rains water comes in my house. So my husband built a new stone around our home and also put gutters around the house so that water does not fall directly on the base of the house, water still comes in. .. I'm thinking that the foundation of our house is not good .. we carpets and rugs, vinyl floors .. I wondered if our foundation crack is all, all the home insurance coverage? will be home is considered "lost total "or" not good "… which can be fixed or what …. after all I've been through this house, I think is a lemon .. i no longer want the house, and I do not want to sell the house to this house …. causes me great pain ….

There are companies that make the waterproofing of foundations. Call at least two and that are seen in the house and determine the causes. Must provide FREE estimates.
