Flasks were placed on a house, but the paint job on the house started falling gutters apart.Can be wrong?

Yes, it could be put in the wrong angle if not also the support or in their places after painting work is completed. Recommended slope angle is 2% (2 cm / m) (1 / 4 in / ft) If you missed some of the sections Straight, Tie or secure a rope or string between the supports of the existing gutter to mark the location of new media to maintain the slope above Good luck
