Why a Facilities Management approach commercial roofing repair and preventive maintenance Optimal

* Document each inspection (roof plan, inspection forms and documentation photographic). Each technician should bring a digital camera to document the remarkable ceiling. Digital photos may include inspection reports.
* Infrared Testing as required reporting of thermal energy to determine the moisture within a roof system

* Make minor repairs at the time of the inspection.
