Need to know if this estimate sounds good roof?

I have a ranch style home is 650 square feet of old ceiling is a start. The roof material again shingles, 1 / 2 "of insulation thickness from 42 to 44. This includes 4" soffit and 113 feet of aluminum gutters and 120 feet of pipe for $ 11,850

Multiplying this number times the footprint of the house will have a fairly accurate field area. 650 * 1.16 = 754 square feet or 7.54 places to start. If it were me, I would like at least another $ 1,000 worth sending a team to a day, liability, etc. You should make a greater profit margin in a work so small, but it seems that the estimated more than twice what it should be (unless there is some vital information missing). Based on what we know and what than assumed, must be able to get 3 bids from reputable contractors between $ 3,500 and $ 5,000. Do not discard any of them based on price. Price is important, but the quality and customer service matters more. View jobs if they have finished you can see, a good ratings from BBB, Angie's List, etc, and the launch for one who has been in business for over 5 years if possible.
