Fart is common among the Japanese culture?

I know that the question is a little weird, but I'm not with the aim to offend, it's just that I recently seen a lot of questionable Japanese movies / anime that deal with minors. As in the film Battle Royale of the girl was sexually abused a girl, also in a weird zombie movie this girl high school was almost assaulted and made it look as if she would be raped, and then fainted in a sewer and the next day I was looking for an old pervert's lap while she was unconscious. I was also on youtube and watch some vids that an anime fan mates sent me and that's supposed to be techno vids and videos that showed anime couples do and I realized that there were about 12 years old girls do with children of 20 years. Maybe it's all in my head, can anyone explain this to me?

Yes I realize that things are held fully pedophiles in culture. It is the country where you can buy used panties girls in vending machines .. and I've also read that the girls at school (under) will receive money to upgrade your underwear unknown men on the street. As is common practice here than elsewhere. And I've heard horrible things about what is in hentai. I do not know if more pedophillic others, however, or it is just in the case opened in the country is obsessed with 'cute' the things. In addition, Japanese women seem much more natural girl / doll-like women of other cultures. I do not know how that affects this, but perhaps encouraged / favorite to girl as in culture.
