What should I expect to see in a contract for the installation of new gutters and downspouts?

I am having a contractor for new construction to gutters and downspouts on my house. What should I expect to see in the contract, besides the price? If the contract includes the size and type of material to be used? What about the nails and screws, and specifications of the gutters and downspouts? TIA.

A contract should include details of the work (materials used, the number and location of gutters and downspouts) and I would ask exactly the type of screws or nails (must be weatherproof.) Must have a payment plan and a timetable (Taking into account the weather sometimes interferes with timelines) and, above all, be sure to get in writing what the warranty is at work and in real output. Make sure the company is secured channel and check out your certificate of insurance. You want to be sure that if someone falls off your roof, there is no responsible. And in the event that a worker from damage to their property (breaking a window or roof tiles of the ruins) you want to be sure you have insurance to cover repair costs. Good luck.
