Help! Need to know how to ask the seller credit for – repairs.?

Hello, I have an offer on a house code layer style that was not well at all during the home inspection. I would withdraw my offer, but he said the real estate agent to give a dollar figure to do things right I have some numbers fast stage, but I did not "want to be unfair to them or myself. Here are some things to do: new roof. Possible complete tear-off. There was moisture in the drywall on the second floor, a friend told me that the wood could be ruined. mold remediation. Mold is found in the basement and storage areas on the second floor. New gutters. Repair of masonry, large cracks, fireplace and full side of residence. vents New Fireplace and caps. Caps cracked. Any suggestions on this?? I do not know what to ask. The home is 1850 square feet, if that helps. Thanks in advance. Suz

You really need to get a pair of contractors to check the home. Mold removal can only be quite expensive. To get a good estimate needed someone to actually look at the property, to assess the damage. Any figures lying here with no real knowledge of the magnitude of the damage is only conjecture, and is likely to be left short. Some general contractors can handle all the elements you mentioned, but also want to check specialist firms …. a business channel of the sewers, a business of repairing the foundation and the masonry contractor for these things …. you may need a company that specializes in concrete repair helical, or 'mudjacking', depending on the type and amount of damage to the chimney and the side of the residence.
