They are brought inside of innocence in the bottom of the shoes through a window or door open and the spores grow and multiply rapidly in the dust and dirt that accumulates anywhere.
They thrive in high humidity and tropical climates that have a large amount of moisture in the air, but these areas usually have air conditioning, but the molds can be attached to the units if there is a leak. It is therefore important to pay attention to minor problems such as a leak or a wet spot on a ceiling or wall, as these small problems can lead to major, if not contained and treated immediately.
To minimize risks these are some things to look for and to reduce mold:
1.) Ensure there is adequate drainage around the perimeter of your house and that the sprinklers are working properly and water drains out of the house
2.) Ensure that no broken tiles, shingles or other types of roofing and gutters of rain are not clogged
3.) Vent your clothes dryer outside if possible, to prevent accumulation of moisture in the laundry area if within house, garage or basement
4.) Search damp or wet sites through its ownership in the ceilings, walls, behind furniture facing an outside wall or the back of the closet
5.) Never put wet or damp clothes inside a wardrobe or chest of drawers or leave them in a washing machine clothes or the machine as they develop and spread very easily

7.) Maintain the heating and air conditioning drip pans clean and accessible to that are not obstructed and to function properly
8.) If possible keep the humidity level inside below 70% to 25% to 60% better
