Figure your total linear feet of gutters and downspouts – Increase the total length of all channels + all downspouts. Take that times $ 3.75 – $ 5.00. This is for a one-story house. Add $ 1.00 per linear foot footage for the total elimination X if necessary of existing channels or chutes. Now if this is a 2 story house add 25% to the price of 3 floors and 50% for the price. These prices are based on aluminum gutters * seamless. Get a written contract that has specified an exact amount. It should be noted that all the old gutters will be transported immediately. Ask about the media back channel (not shown but are hidden inside of the channel.) Request a certificate insurance showing the responsibility and property insurance and Workmens comp for all employees. Do not pay any money down – none. Pay only when work is finished and the mess is cleaned. If they do not like the terms – get another price. Check all references. Do not let them speak for extra work once they start, like rotten fascia boards, soffits wrong, etc. Ask a friend to come if you call them back to sign the proposal – if you sign the contract in your home – that legally 3 days to withdraw.
