There is a leak in the roof and black mold in my apartment, but the owner is me brushing. What should I do now?

Six months ago, emerged a leak in the roof of my apartment and destroyed the wall of the door. The landlords 'fixed' the sewers, but never made repairs to the wall. Now, a second leak originated in the bedroom. I wrote them a letter of notification to repair the damages as soon as possible but have done nothing so far. I know there is a problem horrible black mold in the building because I have been struggling for two years. It grows on the walls in the bathroom, and window seals. I try to use the solutions of chlorine and other and a dehumidifier, but it always seems to return. I know there has to be important within the mold wall, which seems to be orange spots everywhere. My landlord has denied that this is the mold after looking at pictures I sent. Also look for another place to live, what should I do? Should I call home inspection of the city to go out and investigate? I feel like I've given plenty of time to solve this problem.

It appears you have done everything a reasonable person, would be prudent. It is time for stronger action, like visiting an attorney, Citizens Advice Institute Bureau or consumer (assuming you are in bthese your country / city). Set your own time to say two weeks to start the repair you want or bring legal action against them.
