A policy will cover damage ditch the ice storm?

I live in the midwest and hit us with a nasty ice storm that took energy for millions of people. I'm one of the lucky ones to have power, but as the ice melts tears form my roof gutters. Does my homeowners policy cover repair / replacement cost? If the owners do not what about warranty?

So I would have read through your policy, but if it does, the cost of repair will be about the price of your deductible.
