50 ways to save water at home

With many areas of the country in drought conditions, we all could use a reminder list of ways to reduce our water consumption around the house.

You can go three weeks without food but only three days without water:

Waste: "Tighten plumbing leaks and prevent other needless losses of water.

Application: Where the use of water should not be?

Education: It's good you're following these suggestions, but what about others? Skip this data.

Economy: Where do you need the use of water that could use less?

Reclamation: Where can I get more water?

1. Fire Safety. Summer brings heat, dryness, and fires forest and winter sees increased house fires additional heat sources. Since a fire requires hundreds or thousands of gallons of water to fight, all the prevention measures fire are the water saving measures.
