Okay for a condensing boiler feed pipe leakage current?

Condensate piping of our month-old boiler condensation-5 is fed into the drain, as the drain pipe on the roof gutters. Is this correct? I read that the condensate is slightly acidic so you must enter the drain pipe. We had only fitted 5 months ago. In case of contact with the plumber who fitted to correct this? PS we are in the United Kingdom.
