water leaking passenger floor 01 impala LS 44k miles?

so I have a 01 Impala LS with 44,000 miles, yes very low miles and im having this problem, anytime it rains, or I pour water on my car, it goes into the passenger floor, now I have done some work and can say where it is not coming from, the drain under the windshield is clear, it is not coming through the cabin air filter, not coming up under bottem of windshield, I have sprayed hose in gutter under windshield from the middle out toward the passenger side and get no leaking but as soon as i spray water from top of car and let it run down, it begins leaking under glove box, Ive been to 3 mechanics and none of them can figure out where it is leaking from, my next step is to take it to chevy dealership because know one else can figure out where it is coming from, I am thinking that it is coming in some how from the middle of the gutter under the windshiled but im not sure anyone else help? also all seals are sealed up I know for a fact it is coming in some how from the gutter

The most likely place for a leak like this is around the windshield. I would take it to a glass shop and have them leak test it.
