I'm pregnant and on bed rest and I keep having visitors and "unwanted" by leave of results? Help?

I had an accident Slip and fall, while 18 weeks pregnant and now I'm on bed rest. I'm trying to sleep, but every time a person especially lawyers who are selling channels, landscaping service, doors, etc., came to the door, the dog was barking mad crazy and wake up! It's annoying. The principle that I have people calling me at home. I leave the phone only in the case of my husband or my doctor calls me calls me, but besides that I do not want my phone call … And then there's my father, who will "Stop" because he was "in area". I am really frustrated. Any advice? Actually my parents are not supportive of my pregnancy! They were very upset when I told them I was pregnant after 6 months of marriage.
