Anybody know how to install a water deflector on a roof?

I have to divert water from one section of the roof of my house to one of the channels.

a piece of drip edge (any person who sells roofing) slides at an angle under the tiles on the channel you want to feed. can be set in place by careful nailing (nails) under the wings of pebbles or with putty and always, that matches the tile color.
