Anxiety home inspection?

We are selling our house to a buyer who requested a home inspection for the week. We have agreed a lower price, and even includes appliances. I have anxiety about the pipe. No leaks, however, when you flush the toilet, you hear a noise 10 seconds after wards. (ranch). People told us we could have a blockage of ventilation leading to the roof. Is that going to be a problem? Our roof is not drip, but our channel is probably blocked, and the roof does not look very well in one part of the house. Any concerns? How are these guys in depth (Western PA)? Or am I paranoid? No leaks or mold or moisture anywhere. Thank you.

The fitness of home inspectors varies considerably. A good inspector doubt check for a clogged vent, clogged sewers, and the condition of the roof. These articles are on the lists provided by the entire house franchises inspection and partnerships. Frankly, you should be careful of the gutters and ventilation stack before placing a sell signal. Both are reasonably easy solutions. Clean the gutters. Messy, need a ladder, but not terrible. Turn off the vent. 3 or 4 "tube that protrudes through the roof. If something is blocking the top, wipe off. Otherwise, run a garden hose through the tube with water. Vent blockages generally clear with some ease. If you have to pay someone, you are looking for in a relatively small amount of money compared to what the condition of these items will cost the sale of your home. These two elements are the problems of maintenance. If these issues are, tell a good conductor that they have taken care of his house and there are many more problems finding. Repair or replacement of the roof may be a different story. If it only shows some wear, you probably will not recover the cost. If it is leaking or in poor conditions, different story. Remember that the inspector working for the buyer. It's your job to give the buyer an honest evaluation of repairs that have to done to the house, and you can expect the buyer to use this information to exploit the price.
