I have to build a ship that was due to mechincally power and has to go to the length of a channel are home?

I assume you mean a model ship! Also if you know where to find things like motor and battery, etc. . First cut a nice big board of wood in the basic shape of a boat – pointy at one end and the square of others. Or about 12 to 15 inches long by 1 inch thick. Install Battery and the engine properly. . . First beam floating in still water and put the motor in the back (so no support will be needed long-axis). Then put the battery further forward, so that the table is fairly level. Then, conveniently set for each component and connect the motor to the battery, either with the switch added or simply a convenient connection to the removable battery. Depending on the way round to connect the cables (- +) or (+ -) the engine will in different directions. So be prepared to change this at the end. Mount the motor to an angle – pointing slightly downward toward the water on the back – Not horizontal. Propeller. . . Sierra at each end of a wooden pencil with a chainsaw junior arc then drill holes in lead pencil at each end to accept the motor shaft at one end and a round peg in the other. Hold the pencil in a vice for it. Put a twist or two waterproof (masking) tape around each end of the pen to prevent splitting. Push pin the propeller on the end of pencil (keep the "axis" of a screw) so that the propeller was adamant against the stylus. Soak the pencil in water to swell and grasp the plug, then immediately push the other end into the motor shaft. Allow for the shaft to put on the back of the boat and water. Get a clip a matter that could be used by an electrical engineer to ensure a thick wire, and place it on the shaft where it goes back of the boat. You must provide a loose fit so that the shaft can rotate. A bearing soon! You may clip wax into a candle. It would be nice if a plane can bevel the top edge of the boat at this point to line the shaft angle and accept the clip (have) better. With the boat still on land – in the bank – and the propeller clear of obstacles, connect the battery and try things until you are satisfied to continue with testing the sea.
