Does my insurance policy cover me for buildings moisture?

"Most home insurance policies to cover the problems owners moisture loss caused by gutters / flashing around chimneys? Is this something I can get the insurance company participate in?

Of course, this may depend on your specific insurance policy home construction. But I would say from experience that the home insurance policies do not cover accidents as a result of wear (deterioration), or as a result of a household not maintaining the structure of the property. Blinking is notorious for the damage and requires periodic checking. Unless the damage to the areas I've mentioned have been caused by an insurable risk Purley in an incident isolate (highlighted in his pamphlet of a political firestorm, ie fire, flood, etc.) probably as a result of wear or age and therefore damage caused to the inside of the property is unlikely to be insured. It is upto the policyholder to prove that the damage is directly related to an insured peril as outlined in the policy documentation.
