Tutorial for the design of comic page?

I do not need tutorials on how to draw anime or manga or comic. What I want is to find a tutorial to draw a page for comics and / or manga, and the measurements, panels, and gutters. The way it takes forever and the design is too simple to be exciting. I've wondered what professionals do and if their methods are faster and easier. Does anyone know where I can find this type tutorial? Oh, also, I would like a tutorial on how to do the word bubbles aspect – making them nice and letters in the word bubbles.
