What rights do I have to enter my house which is rented?

I will travel across the country to visit the city in my rental property is located. It is managed by a management company of the property. I want to have access to the house for most of two days of service, repair and inspect all aspects of the house. I am planning to hire a maintenance staff to stain decks, review of roof rain gutters clean, minor landscaping, painting, etc. etc, etc. What rights do I have to do this work? I need access to both the exterior and interior of the house for about 6 hours over 2 days time. What type of ad I can give? Any tips are greatly appreciated.

I call and he knows he'll be in town and would like to make some work on the property and since you are only in that week are being given a courtesy. If you do not have the number and send them a letter and give a warning of weeks you will be there with a practical man, who they call and make sure it's okay with them to enter the property. Do not want to run in a vicious dog.
