What is the best product to use to seal and waterproof the interior of the channels?

My channels have had bits of rust and have brushed rust converter used them now want to protect them from further rusting. We have set good.We fall and all work is to be used "brush ormone" until we learned that you have to paint to protect from UV rays so now I do not know what to use. : (Sorry guys, forgot to mention, messaging snapshot in Sydney, Australia

Actually there is a product called "through the roof." This is a clear, flexible sealant. I've seen screens where it intersects a lower section of a channel, put 1 / 4 "screen, painted with these things, and held the water. I used in my gutters to seal joints, and around lights, etc. of my car. A gallon is quite expensive, but you only need a quart unless you have a lot of gutters. There is another area called "Snow test." I think it's the name. In any case, is used to seal the roofs for the condemnation of the snow to melt water again IT drains under the shingles.
