When the big speech is over, the Democrats seeking middle-class

It is good sometimes, and certainly reveals my own impatience and indeed even snobbery but yet when I hear people talking absolute news repeated, I realize, sooner or later will give a new spell or explain away the limitations of their thoughts earlier, or why not collectively or individually in their objectives. For me, those who believe something so piously have chosen to wear their blinders to block psyche Kevlar occasional tape of critical thinking. Few realize the most obvious limitations and vulnerabilities of any dogma. That often condemned from the outset.

The irony of the majority of true believers is that thinkers believe that open. They are open to any new idea, as long as it is perceived as much lower than their own. If the prospects for alternatives which do not recognize their shortcomings, shoots true believer in a flurry of rants cliché. Or, if faced with the likelihood of alternate reality that can be removed completely from the confrontation, pulling on his head like a turtle shell. Both for speech quality.

In the world of the true believer, ideology is never suspected and no matter what the results are achieved, there is no such thing as failure. If not, the true believer says, should be considered as relative. It is not the failure that has become his party or group, is in his eyes a limited number of victory. Those who are prepared to the twenty-mile run and the marathon fight to make city blocks past ten would consider this a victory of sorts. But for the rest of the world this is failure, not success. This leaves the true believer to cast their fall back position, which "tried and did the best they could."

What is so confusing for the true believer who is not everyone is buying. Not everyone is a lifetime subscriber to the foul ubiquitous throughout the world gets a trophy "mentality. I know I'm too focused on the results of that. My own fault, perhaps. My own impatience. But like a lot of world, I believe they limit innovation and performance. I think the dresses reduced waiting phase. Instead of setting new performance standards, our reflexive willingness to resort to "did the best we could the syndrome of" we're going to ask it any other way and rationalize our collective laziness and limitations personal. We do this nationwide, and we do as individuals. We have forgotten that success need not really be explained. If you do not need a million excuses.

A perfect example is the recent midterm election. I cite only to pick up the Democrats, but also take note of apology and explanation cycle that comes after that event, all as a substitute for the relative lack of action. As we all know, Democrats were beaten soundly. For elections mid-term, the ruling party lost twenty to thirty seats in the House is considered acceptable. Democrats lost more than sixty three seats in the House of Representatives and six seats in the Senate. Let's face it, nobody likes to have his ass kicked. Or say that unless you're a masochist, you do not like being beaten to a pulp. But that is what happened in the recent midterm elections.

While it was clear to some, in my opinion the most astute, Democrats were not in his message, Democratic experts appeared on television and instead of reaching and communicating Hiking gave examples of their achievements. These virtues were decorated with regret that the average American just do not understand all the good that was done for them. In essence, the people were asking for the cameras that the people I did not know how to communicate with people. This is true. It seems that any inconsistent expression emanating from the Democratic Party causes more confusion than resonance. The messages are obscure, tangential, and without any emotional approach.

Coming from a time when Democrats were to roll up their sleeves and hit the channel types, we now see is a party or as a number of their goals are diluted, and with all their education and high-minded out of touch with much of the American middle class. Why? Because if they are of course intellectual, academic, media, or other members of the Democratic leadership that is driving your train, it is likely not come into contact with the average Joe American. Democratic leaders and supports really do not talk to the guy running the tire shop, the manufacturer of small company, the owner of a modest IT company. Middle management and even the most senior executives. You may think they do, but do not. Well, maybe in time elections. No personal contact, and there is no political connection. There was a time when various types actually lived in the same communities as the column was backbone of the Republic Party. This labor y.

Well, work has decreased and the true middle class, small business owners and technocrats truck drivers and health workers, are largely being ignored. Big news here, organizations such as the Teachers' Union are not the middle class. The worker class low is just that, lower class. The poor are the poor. None of them, despite all rhetoric to the contrary are middle class. If you are out to save the class media, then it would be useful to know who and what the middle class really is.

The person who runs a business or hold a job at a local company a house, two cars, two kids, and bills to pay for it, this is the middle class. This is not the poor or lower class. This is the middle class. This is the segment that in annoying not really want to hear some weak rhetoric of "sacrifice" and that takes a village. What you need to know whether if you can get credit for your business or if your work will not be sent to Timbuktu. Before they want to hear to contribute to the welfare of others, wanting to know how to pay for your mortgage or put shoes on the feet of their children. They want to know how to care for their own families, because it means putting their children to college or caring for an elderly parent or death. They want to know now and not with rhetoric raises bills by a group of politicians and academics who have no business in their lives. They do not want to hear how the government will take care of them, but how they can take care of themselves.

The middle class is complex. In the modern age, it is difficult to pinpoint. Can be dissected economically, but as never before social and cultural tastes are different. It is possible that as wage levels, but this is a segmented market with their tastes and priorities different. The advertising industry knows this. Politicians do not. The person who makes fifty thousand dollars in Topeka is probably more attracted to lawn care and less attention to the theaters of Broadway, then the person making fifty thousand dollars in an emerging neighborhood in Brooklyn. Every man for himself. The middle class encompasses a wide spectrum and attract the range of your thinking you have to find common ground. You have to be direct and not in the abstract ride. In short, you have to know who are and what they are.

Beyond the buzzword, the Democrats have little idea about the broader spectrum of the middle class. They have a sort of vague idea of urban middle class and certainly devote their attention to the poor. No staining of the poor, but let's face in a global economy at a time of economic crisis, would be a damn clever vision to focus on those who can overcome the crisis and made a copy in the way of global competition. When it comes to the restoration of positions work and global competition, all hand wringing and rhetoric aside mandatory sure as hell of the poor is not driving the bus. Not to sound cruel here but it is relatively easy to figure out what the poor need and want. In short, the social outcasts, they want to be included. No easy task, but Policy is much easier to understand the needs and desires of a highly segmented and therefore complex class.

Republicans in the account. Have made a much better job in communicating the Democrats. Strategically speaking, messages have been sent out and for the most part smarter than Democrats in terms strategic. Of course, this can be handle the case of style over substance. Republicans may also have been misused, but when it comes to messages certainly has the right idea. The previous eight years attest to bitter that they too, have no idea. But they have a better line of rhetoric. They are better organized and no doubt his message, no matter what the message is false. They are masters at taking subtle twist to the Democratic and Republican advantage. They show Democrats to be weak and tentative and run through the whole like a Mack truck through paper mache.

As for the truth and speak the line the party before the election saw a Democratic expert after another cited the Democratic achievements, especially followed by the deep chagrin of much of the nation was not embracing these achievements. President Obama, they said, had done so much and was so under appreciated for all that has caused much resistance and pressure. Some alluded to his weaknesses, but most held party speaking the truth about his character and great strength. How much he cared about and what a fighter he was. In total, before the election, Democratic positions we have done so much to so many, it's their fault they are idiots who do not understand our political generosity. Reality does not appear to be a factor, even in the face of overwhelming signs that the Democrats were headed for disaster. Democratic supporters, rather than face the situation head and examine why not reach the public with his message, preferring instead to cling to his rhetoric and his residency with the turtle shell of denial. This can offer temporary comfort, but not very strategic. Not very intelligent as more often than not only exacerbate the negative.

What was missing, of course, was the reality. The case in question, and I know that some have argued vehemently to the contrary, that the president blew a big opportunity with the spill BP oil in the Gulf. The catastrophe that is seriously damaged what amounts to the strongest economy in the world 29, the Gulf region. Forgetting the fact that Energy Secretary Salazar, a type of oil, it was noted that the protections are not necessary drilling in place, this was the version of President Obama "you're doing a heck of a job Brownie." I know all the lamentations of the President was doing the best they could and had no magic wand to wave and other horse crap that was featured as one voice and excuses. But the fact is that, seeing the British Petroleum as a partner, rather than requiring that sealing the Well, billions of dollars were lost in this economy. Tens of thousands of people lost their livelihoods. A culture that has existed for centuries was devastated.

Of course once the President was supported by BP, the leak was sealed. After a hundred-odd days, miracle of miracles, they found a way to seal in less than a weak. According to media experts and most Democrats mistakenly believe that the crisis was over. All's well that good everything was just fine. No, not right. People were outraged. Perhaps those who lived elsewhere and perhaps did not care what he thinks a lot of Cajuns and cookies South, thought that after a short time everything returned to normal. But Democratic leaders and their supporters knew very well, in a literal sense of the party was over. The Democrats had just lost what little they had initially retained the Gulf region. With the exception of Democrats like Mary Landrieu and his brother Mitch, icons and real supporters in his home state, you can kiss goodbye to many other Democrats.

Of course, I can not think of any Democrats experts twisting the truth to speak and noted on the cable shows that you can forget about gleaning votes form the Gulf region. Not a mention, since not fit into the dogma same rate as the public does not understand us. Nobody said this terrible inaction in times of crisis and failure to step up to presidential plate. Nobody said this may be endemic to a pattern of very few could discern between the impassioned speeches of a politician with no experience never had to face the adversity of this magnitude. No, not a word about the behavior of indecision or possible failures. Nobody was saying, despite all time constraints and the opposition, the president wanted the job, and this is work. Again for the cheap seats … this was the job he signed for.

In place just before the election, we heard the party line on the invasion of the Tea Party. Oh, the tea party, a group of racists who were determined to undermine the efforts of the Democrats, despite their own personal interests. And, of course, is true. Great news are not racists living in the United States. And people being intolerant, racist, no doubt, will be encouraged in times of crisis national weakness and indecision. The worst part of this country will safely. All this boils underlying bigotry and whether racism, sexism or anti-Semitism boiling beneath the surface blisters appear as many in the oil La Brea Tar Pits.

But throwing in the mid-terms to the Republicans? Doubtful. First of all, what happens with 53% of voters who voted in the presidential election? Apparently, they were not racist enough to vote then to actually move 63 Democrats out of office. That would mean that most the country is not only partially, but vehemently racist. Some would say yes. I would not.

A control most soon become racist and voting for Democrats in order to avenge their president? Maybe. It makes sense if we follow the party line. One of them, anyway. But the thing is final results have been established, with the exception of the Latino vote, almost all demographic groups moved some of their voters in the Republic to the Republican column Even black voters pulled the Republican lever had more than a couple of years. In the 2008 presidential election, Bush and company had a meager 4% of the African American vote. But in the 2010 elections mid-term, African-Americans who voted, nine percent voted for Republicans. More than doubled. So with all demographics, but the change of Latino voters in various degrees in favor of Republicans, whether each decided to expose hidden racist or many believe that truth is not only the President but the Democratic Party has not fulfilled its promises. I do not know the answer here. I really do not. I do not understand fully how many voters on the need for democratic politics in the Republican rhetoric purchased. Perhaps the best sold. But results are what they are. So before assigning the explanation of the Democratic debacle Tea Party, racism or simplistic rhetroic others, I further review the bigger picture. But that's me.

Look, as I write this to a wider audience, a mix of conservatives and progressives, and another person who read my blog, I realize much of this fall on deaf ears. And as I said, not by any means have all the answers. I realize, too, that the obstinacy and defamation is an essential part the same step rhetoric and blind faith in the party line, so I do not harbor much hope. Although, now that the target is and we kick a few experts who come to their senses. Increasingly, there is a growing concern for many political columnists and our President can not actually be all that can be. There is an increase frustration with him within his own base and in the media people that drive it. We are not talking about the Republican spokesmen here, but the writers and who tend to lean towards the democratic view of things. They have been seeing a couple of years now, and now, all apologies and excuses, however, they do not like what they see. They realize that the calls about what they expect the President to do, and that has had so little time is falling on deaf ears at a time. And as a party, the Democratic Party, if you are being humiliated, excuse for indecision just does not cut it anymore.

Perhaps it is obvious when you put a politician with no experience to manage one of our worst national crisis, despite his great speech making, just not to work. Maybe when President Obama constantly negotiating prematurely against his own interest, he does not understand the principles of negotiation. Perhaps, despite what everyone has said otherwise, his team of advisers and the cabinet, with some exceptions, are the second stringers who have no real political influence, except that they are large political activists or very good grades well in school. Perhaps the excuse that there has been insufficient time since the country was promised one thing and have another. Perhaps the little band aid that helped to underpin flood levees appeased economic true believers, but not the rest. Maybe the Republicans claiming that nasty old means' a beating the heart, well-intentioned but ultimately incompetent Democrats have a real currency for families trying to pay your mortgage.

Maybe it's time to stop the rhetoric convenient but unproductive ultiamtely and excuses. Maybe it's time to make the most intelligent, adult thing, and try to understand in terms often painful, but realistic, why the Democrats screwed it up so bad. Our adversaries and global competitors could care less for our excuses. Our our global competitors and professional sports teams are very aware that not everyone gets a trophy. Our global competitors and our sports franchises are aware that those who receive the trophy are the ones who are able to carry it out, despite adversity, obstacles and prejudices against them. Maybe it's time that cool all the jargon and as sports teams, review game boards. Think things through carefully and without bias. Look what you did wrong and in bad conditions. Distinguishing between rewarding to serve the middle class and head into the clouds. And then cut the felt and try to get it right.
