Box Gutters?
I hope someone has had experience with painting channels, we are having an extension of a fourth was added, but the design dictates of a channel table, three roofs will run rain water in this channel 3 of the builders have tried to talk to us about this design channel saying they are nothing nothing but trouble, causing flooding in the inner rooms. Any answers much appreciated, especially from someone who actually has a box channel installed. Dave. Chick chic thanks for your response, have confirmed my fears, I am curious that, you know how old the channel is, maybe it's rusty, but I would suggest, if this has been ongoing for some years to rot in the wood processing can be your next concern, I sincerely hope not as I'm going through this problem myself. Congratulations for the extension! On the Gutter box, mine is a nightmare that I have shaken the sheet roof and wall twice and now I can not tell you how many times painted over the stain. Water seeps in forever I have to save money for the guy who comes now to reconfigure the drainage. Trust me this is not a good idea for you. If the builder has another solution to go with him!
