Bowling date? Can’t bowl:(?

My boyfriend is 16 and i am 15. We were talking earlier and he wants to go bowling with me and a few of his friends… so it’s like a group date. but the problem is i can’t bowl… like at all. i always get gutter balls and i don’t want to be completely embaressed.
i was thinking of proposing a new idea where we could go but i can’t think of anything besides the movies and mall which we’ve already been to millions of times
