What can I do about that flat gutters?

I have some windows with a flat roof on top and pipes running along it. Despite several attempts to alter the gutters, the middle section keeps all the rain and once it fills up, starts to drip on the roof and at home as a trickle. I think replacing the entire roof with a slope at the end of the year, but I want to know what the best solution would be temporary. Should I make a small hole in the bottom so that you can not fill?

Make sure your downspouts are clear. Pull your elbow on the bottom and clean the leaves and waste. Water flows downhill. Lift the lower section or reduce the downspouts so that downspouts are the lower section. If you are going to make holes in your channel, could also remove it. Dump some gravel at the foundation, shrubs and plants there to stabilize the foundation. But it would be better than fixing of the ditch.
